catalogue are approximate and non-binding. Any changes
for improvement may occur without prior notice for the
client. This also applies for cancellation of items in the
catalogue due to the impossibility of supply beyond our
control.

Any request sent by the consumer with the item
number relevant to this catalogue but other similar items
are dispatched is classified as fraud and punishable by law.

In the event of dispute, the competent court is the
Court of Milan.
• We would like to remind our clients that the texts,
illustrations, brands and numbers distinguishing the
items in this catalogue are protected by copyright.
• Reproduction, even partial, of the catalogue is
forbidden if not expressly authorised by use in
writing.
• We cannot replace tools damaged or broken due to
inexpert use.

For collections from our warehouse in Milan, orders
must reach us on headed paper or stamped and signed
by the responsible person of the company making the
request. The appointed staff member must sign the
transport documents, ensuring they have indicated the
date of collection and the number of packages.
COMPLAINTS, RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Complaints are accepted within eight days of receipt of
the goods.

Materials returned due to wrong orders or for reasons
not attributable to us, will only be accepted if authorised
in advance. For this type of return, a strict 10% charge will
be applied for the control activity and new insertion in the
warehouse.

Any faulty tools will be replaced under warranty, on agreement
with our company.

The return will only be accepted if sent carriage free and
with the transport document outlining the references to our sales
invoice/T.D.

For returns, you need to compile the relevant
transport form, which can be downloaded on
sicutool.com/resi.The newsletter is binding for
communications for catalogue variations
(technical characteristics, items no
longer available, user instructions, etc.).
